The time for Melanie to step up is neigh.  Let's hope the kids don't have to go hide at Danny's.  Michael started out very negatively, but he's slowly coming around.  Emphasis on slowly.

Sadly Melanie can't or won't change.  I have a feeling that Ralph's new patient and the bad news are linked.  wink wink.

I thought I remembered a microwave blowout.  Things do seem to happen in that house.  What I don't remember is whether Melanie got her full partnership.  If she didn't that would mean no happy home for the munchers.

It's been awhile since Deb has hosted a meal.  Poor J.R. never had as much attention from her dad as Bree gets.  And whose fault is that?

Michael is back to cause trouble.  John is right to wonder how Brian put up with him.  The girls are having a lot of sex and learning things about each other, but once they get home will they fall into bad habits?

Love how Emmett went to the heart of the matter and fixed it.  Glad to see that everyone is in good spirits at the moment.

The girls house is falling to pieces.  However the girls may be on the road to mending.  But something is bugging Justin and I can't imagine what it can be.

If Melanie can keep her promise I'll be mighty surprised.  Always loved Seamus.  Look like the plumber will soon be doing a lot of work and maybe becoming part of John's company.  A win/win for everyone.

Once a mother always a mother.  Lindsay, instead of thinking about the fun she and Mel might have is wondering what the kids are doing.  At least Melanie has agreed to talk, something they really need to do.  If I remember rightly things at the girls house will need John's help.  That was always fun.  Poor Brian.  Melanie always irritates him, even when he's trying to be nice.

I'm glad they fixed the potential mess and that Em talked with Justin. I swear that man, for all his Southern queenliness, is full of ripe old wisdom. What a terrific kind of friend to have!

Melanie.... I sstill don't know what to make of her. It's easy to agree to all Lindsay said when the temptation to fall back into old habits isn't available. Still reserving judgment on her but definitely happy that Lindsay set her straight on the 'Brian is a whore' issue. I've always been pissed at how they perceived him. Even still, it was his dick to do with as he pleased. And maybe that's Mel's real issue with Brian. Penis-envy is a helluva motivator to be a nasty bitch. Mel definitely is being one!

Glad Lindsay is recognizing that it may not be love that's keeping her with Melanie. It should give her a better understanding of her needs that are apparently not being met by her partner. I think that's why both of them cheated on the other the first times it happened. The way their going, it won't take but a blink for it to happen again.

Brian and Gus' talk was absolutely hysterical but so honest. I'm really glad that Gus has Brian to talk to because the others... well they leave a lot to be desired in the Birds and the Bees department. I mean seriously Deb... hand the boy condoms and expect him NOT to want to use them? LOL

Brian and Justin's relationship is so touching. They've been through hell and back and managed to survive it all. I think that's where a lot of the others'- meaning Michael and Melanie specifically- jealousy toward them comes from. Most of what they have been through would have killed the average person and yet they manage to come out stronger and better for each experience. Definitely a lot of growth as men both individually and as a couple.

Loved how Brian explained the difficulties of the Civil Rights Movement in a way that Bree would understand. SMH and he thought he wouldn't make an excellent dad?! His conversation with Gus alone had me laughing. It was so true-to-form of how phone interactions with teenagers go.
