Very interesting opening with Murphy resigning as Kinnetik's art director. That segued seamlessly into Brian thinking about the importance of his family - Sunshine and Gus.
I liked the way Justin is reflecting at the same time about moving home to Brian. "It's only time" becomes indicative of the time they've lived apart but has no bearing on them as a couple, since Justin didn't allow Brian to distance himself. Well done, Sunshine. â¤ï¸
I'm so happy that Justin finished his degree (almost as glad as Brian, lol), since I'm a firm believer in education. You're absolutely right to note that Justin isn't a quitter.
I loved the way you had our boys communicate with and rely on each other, rather than being influenced by family.
Congratulations on finishing this fic! I'm hoping to read more from you in the future.

I'm the worst ever for reading and not reviewing myself, but I've been around for a couple of years. I fell into the abyss of posting a story before it was absolutely-completely-positively finished for Criminal Minds on AO3 (Hotchner/Reid), thinking that I would be more 'accountable' that way. My excuse is that my beta went away, but the list of real-life issues in my way is extensive. In any event, the story is completely outlined and mostly finished, so tying that one up nicely is pretty high on my to-do list. Live and learn. :)
While I'm typing, I should say that your Stud series, The Loft, and The Lucky One are some of my all-time favorites. I m especially compulsive about re-reading The Lucky One. Your Brian and Justin in that one rock my world just right :).
