I think it is time me for Justin to file a restraining order against Lindsay she is even more obsessed with him than she was Brian.
She is so solely fixated on being apart of Justin's life and career that I am afraid she will hurt Brian just to have Justin all to herself. (Ted brought up some very sad, tragic scenarios that could happen)
Lindsay does not care about anyone else except for Justin and what he can do for her, it is good that Ted will be in the room with Brian because I am very afraid that Lindsay is going to try to hurt Brian or Justin.
Lindsay is crazy she is quite sane and that makes her more dangerous.

She walked into that room with all the evidence she needed to put Michael in his place, too bad he is too stupid to realize that he never stood a chance and he should have known better than to demand custody of JR and demand Mel pay him support (He gives my headaches headaches lol).
I know he is going to Brian which means he will be arrested for being a Dumbass and I can't wait to start laughing.
Lindsay is going to Justin's art opening and she will make an Ass out of herself, of course she should be use to it, the chick has been doing that since she found out Justin was coming home.
Can't wait to read the next chapter, the suspense is killing me....I hope it will last lol

Michael's lawyer is going to be so pissed when he finds out Michael decided not to mention the arrest and restraining order *LMAO*
Michael is such a dim bulb that he insults all the other dim bulbs in the world, he honestly believes that he has a chance at getting custody of Jenny Rebecca (only in his comic universe could that happen), the man barely spends time with his daughter, dumps her on other people so he can chase Brian, has never paid child support and is basically a Drop-in Dad...Yeah Father Of The Year Ladies and Gentlemen!
I so want him to get smacked down in court because he isn't even taking this seriously, the dumbass hasn't done one thing the lawyer asked him to, he will have no one on his side when they go to court and soon he will have no financial support to help him either, Ben has finally woken up from his stupor and took off the rose colored glasses this put himself first for a change instead of Michael.
I think Michael just might go fetal or I at least hope he does, but I doubt he will gotta hear more whining from the Biggest Baby In The World!! (Everyone is going to to need super strength earplugs lol)
Now on to Lindsay she is so self absorbed that I am surprised she can get up without putting on her diamond tiara and congratulating for every second of Justin's success.
She honestly thinks Justin would want some pathetic hanger-oner riding his coattails and basing in his success, Lindsay wasn't good enough to be an artist so she wants to be the woman behind the man, or better yet she wants to be the woman beside the man eewwwwwww *Shutters* Justin wouldn't touch those old cobwebs between her legs with a hundred foot pole lol
I want to see Justin go off on her so badly it would just make my day or night so much, her self righteous assumptions that she knows what is best for Justin's career is so sad.
Mel needs to kick Lindsay to the curb she has played at being a lesbian long enough and Mel has played at thinking she is in love with Lindsay long enough aswell.
It is time to put the marriage out of its misery once and for all.

First, I'm happy that Ben wised up and realizes that Michael is a lost cause. I often wonder what the hell he ever saw in Michael.... That is something I really have to explore on my own but I digress. Needless to say that Michael will NOT be a happy PITA when he finds out that not only is his best friend through with him but his husband too.
Secondly, Lindsay....Captain Pain in the Ass is REALLY in need of medication!! Raised WASP or not, what on earth is making her believe that her simpering, spurious and snotty ass would fit in with the people Justin is meeting? Justin's career is soaring for three reasons: 1) He's talented, 2) He's driven and 3) He has more charisma in his pinkie nail than Lindsay has in her entire body. There is no damn way someone who is as counterfeit as Lindsay could make a favorable and lasting impression enough to build a lucrative career. <singing in my Steve Tyler voice from the Skittles commercial> Dream On! There doesn't seem to be any rainbows and unicorns in Sargeant PITA's future! Now that Ben is aware of Michael's extracurricular laziness, I wonder what he will do.
As for Brian and Justin, that was a smart move FINALLY getting the restraining order against the Oreo-snatching jackass! Michael really has overstepped the boundaries of 'friendship' in so many way and all for the sake of wishing Brian's choice was him!
I damn near passed out with laughter at Michael's thoughts regarding having his own 'Justin,' When will he finally learn that he can't compete with perfection? Instead of concentrating on Ben, he has constantly been in the middle of Brian and Justin's and I'm glad that they have finally had enough.
I am also happy that Mel is allowing her inner-BITCH to shine! It's about time that she return to the Melanie Marcus pre-Lindsay, that Brian had at least respected.

Brian did the right thing by having Michael arrested and filing a restraining order against him, I also agree with Jim telling Justin that he does not have to take carp from Lindsay and when she starts harping he can shut her down by any means necessary. I agree with Deb about getting the furniture cleaned the sending Michael the bill)
I hope Brian won't be too mad at Ted about the key?
It is time for Michael and Lindsay to know that starting now their actions have some very serious consequences and that Brian and Justin are going to reinforce them with brute force if need be.
Justin was smart to call Ben so he could find out what Michael has actually been doing instead of spending time at work or with Jenny Rebecca, those stupid rose colored glasses needed to be smashed into smithereens once and for all, plus it prevents Michael from spinning the story to his advantage.
Mel has a lot of ammunition to use against Michael when they go to court, I still see Lindsay trying to spin it if she testifies to make Melanie look bad (Though abandoning your children so you can stalk Justin doesn't make her look like Mother of the Year!).
I wonder considering how young Jenny Rebecca is if the judge will talk to her or a court appointed child advocate?
I get the feeling this is building to one big explosion that will send Michael and Lindsay into another solar system lol.
I can't wait till the court proceedings start I just know it will be good ;)

I'd like to know if ther eare any ulterior motivations by Linds and Michael, or is it really just as they appear? Lindsey is tranfixed on furthering Justin's career, but is it just because she never made it or is it because she wants Justin away from Brian? Michael michael Michael......what he doesn't get is that this investigator more than likely saw he adn Ben at the bar. Saw their behavior etc. Michael has so severly screwed himself, but his ego adn pride won't have him back down. (thankfully cause I really want to see him burn!! lol) Ben has every right to be really pissed off! Glad he left! I wonder how he's going to be with the lawyers. He really can't be foolish enough to stand by Michael, even if guilted into it. Stand stron Ben!! Stand strong. Michael needs to see that nobody is going to stand by him. He's been given plenty of opportunities to change his behaviour adn attitude, but he thinks nothing is wrong. that's he's just fine in his actions adn attitude. and WTF was he doing in the loft? that's just........yeesh! Brian is going to freak out when he finds out!! and he will as the investigator will more than likely inform him. While I know he's been yelled at numerous times, I'm wondering when any of it will really compute.

I agree with Brian Mel shouldn't think about getting out of her marriage she should just do it, Lindsay won't care because she is too busy chasing Justin and trying to micro manage Justin's career.
It is time that she put what is best for the kids and herself first and leave Lindsay to fall on her face.
I also agree that they all need to stop trying to put a band aid on the cracks happening in the Liberty Family just to keep the fake peace, ignoring the problem doesn't make it go away it just makes it worse.

Justin is a firecracker!!! God, I just LOVE him! I wonder what he and Brian are going to do when they find out that Michael has been spending his mornings snooping around the loft and napping. Might I suggest they make good use of that picture I left at the end of Chapter 7's review, LOL!
Ben really needs to leave his trifling ass. I mean come on! How many more ways can Michael show him that he's a worthless, sniveling, conniving, inconsiderate prick?? Slipping a drug into Ben's mouth without thought to his health or career was just soooooo beyond standard asshole-ish behavior. And then to blow off Ben's concerns like they were insignificant was the epitome of the standard Michael Novotny operating procedure- if it doesn't concern him directly, it's unimportant. Mel needs to stick it to him in court and Ben needs to leave his trifling ass alone.
And now we turn to Captain Pain in the Ass and her latest antics... yep she is like a Stage Mom but like many celebrities, Justin needs to ditch the bitch. I'm still wondering exactly how she figures that his career is any of her business. He has been successful thus far and wonder of all wonders, other than her initial manipulation for Justin to go to New York, he has done WELL leaving that Ditz in the Dust. Brian needs to have custody of Gus and then Lindsay needs to be kicked out of their lives too. This is one of those instances where trying to keep peace within the family by ignoring the churlish and childish behavior for a long time is actually causing it to implode (yep...that's a theme I'm writing about in a few fics at the moment, LOL).

The fact that Mel is having both Michael adn Ben investigated does not bode well. Michael doesn't pay child support, ignores his daughter unless he needs her to score points with his imaginary friends, spends less then fifteen minutes with his wittle honeybun (I physically cringe at that name), takes her out of school even though he knows her attendance is not exactly stellar, doesn't tell anyone that he has her, wants Justin, Brian, Emmett, Ted, Deb and the kitchen sink to lie that he is a Wonderful, Amazing, Phenomenal Dad in court under oath, so he can get custody of a child that he hands off to anyone else at the drop of a dime?

Mel has an investigator looking in Michael and Ben watching everything that they do (How could Ben Ho along with this, I thought he didn't want to raise a child??), instead of at least trying to go along with the illusion he decided to go out and get drunk, high, the forget to get his daughter.
I so want them to go to court it is time for Ben to hear some truths (He also needs to Wake Up!!) and for everything Brian said to happen.
Michael is an idiot who needs to get his Ass handed to him, I bet Lindsay is testifying on Michael's side and that would be so wonderful because she will have to answer some questions she has been avoiding.
Mel is doing the right thing but I don't think counseling is going to help, I mean sometimes even counseling can't help stupid, Mel needs to come to the realization that Lindsay does not care about anyone but Lindsay.

Hello Riot Act; have you met Sargeant Pain in the Ass?? Well, I guess you have met him INDEED!!! YESSSSSS!!! Brian was fucking fantastic giving Michael the business end of what it means to be a parent. Like Brian, I knew that Michael's scallywag ass was telling Justin to come to him for a reason. And to think that HE was going to instruct Justin on what to say during his testimony....REALLY SIR?? REALLY?! Brian quickly disabused that bastard of his wayward notions! Even his own child recognizes that her father is a damn kid! SMH... Well one thing that Michael apparently did NOT process was that Melanie has an investigator watching was Michael doesn't do for his daughter. Instead of calling Brian and telling him to bring Jenny back for his scheduled visit, the idiot chose to take Ben out and party. WOW! Talk about neglect! Melanie's case is definitely MADE and all thanks to Michael's selfishness and egocentric behavior. And for the record, I think Ben is just as bad since he had to know that it was Michael's scheduled weekend. No spouse sharing partial custody- on paper or not- should be that DENSE when it comes to the inner workings of the household!! Just saying!
As for Brian and Justin: I'm sure that Brian is right and that Mel is now mentally castigating herself for choosing such a waste of sperm to donate for Jenny. Brian and Justin would have been the much better choices as would have been Ted and Emmett. Brian and Justin are magnificient in their roles as fathers. Both know where their top priorities lie and although Mel has to work, she does as well. She really should let Lindsay go her own way and design a new life for her and the kids. Brian and Justin have proven that they will help her as much as possible as long as she is willing to accept the aid. As career driven as Brian and Mel are, it is really nice to see them rearranging their hectic schedules for the betterment of their families.
