I just loved this! An amazing story about what great parents Brian and Justin are to Gus!
Author's Response:
So glad you loved it! <3 These sure are fun to write, and it's fun to know that other people are enjoying reading them just as much. - TI

Amazingly written, as usual! Tough subject that the 3 of them manage to discuss about without too much stress.
Brian and Justin were really honest and open to what they shared.
Lindsay is a bitch in her way to get what she wants without actually asking it. Too bad Guillaume is going to get back to her full blast and Mel won't help her on this.
Author's Response: Brian is just poking fun and Lindsay will know it. We don’t blame her for not wanting to have the conversation with Gus, Brian just wished he’d have gotten a heads up... But since that was our catalyst for the whole story, it worked out for everyone =P. Thanks for reading!! -PTW

Kari and Aaronell,
This was a great story. Most kids are afraid to go to their parents when they have questions about sex, mostly because no one ever mentions it until the kids are hitting puberty and then when the parents try to talk about it everyone is just too uncomfortable. If you start talking about it when they are little then it is no big deal. When my boys were little I just answered their questions. When they were older they would come to me with their questions and concerns but would never ask their father. One of them even called to tell me he had just had sex for the first time and then asked what I was making for dinner. So my advise would be - start early, it's easier.

Author's Response: Wow, thank you so much for this kind feedback! We were a little nervous about how it would translate, given neither of us are parents, but we figured our line of thinking probably isn't all that different from Brian's sort of non-traditional parenting style, haha. But we figured he and Justin would be up front and honest, using their best judgment. So glad you liked the story!! -PTW

This story is perfect! I love how Brian and Justin handled Gus' sex inquisition. They are obviously doing the parent thing better than the moms.

Author's Response:
Thank you <3 Linds and Mel are definitely good parents -- Lindsay just thought Gus might be more comfortable discussing such things with Brian. Her main failure was in not warning Brian why she was sending Gus down for the weekend...haha. But it made for a good story. ;)

I didn't know fathers had rites of passage? Brian and Justin passed in my opinion.
Author's Response:
Brian and Justin passed a rite of passage of their own, as did Gus. ;) So the title had a nice double meaning for both of us. Thanks for reading! - TI

What a wonderful story. All parents should be able to talk to their children that way. Fantastic writing as always.
Author's Response:
Thanks so much! <3 We're glad you liked it! Brian and Justin are fun to write as parents...and Gus is fun as well. - TI
