If Alex Rodney and Stephen can't get through to her then I see no hope of her seeing the error of Michael's ways. Vic"s assessment was spot on. She does hate not being the center of everyone's life.
Michael just got his ass blown out of the water with Vic's little discovery in the basement. Hope Ted gets it moved out before Michael shows up. Which he certainly will if for no other reason but to find out why Deb hasn't gotten back to him. Yeah, Vic knows him well.
Now the question remains that after this intervention, will it do any good or wiil she finally find a backbone where Michael is concerned?

When the story is great, it seems quite easy to keep your readers captivated; I guess the frequent updates are helping keep the tension high. Let's not forget that you are in the top 5 of the favorite authors. That means something.

First, thank you soooooo MUCH for being my 200th review! I never imagined when I started writing this that it would garner the response it has.
Michael and Ethan are a special kind of desperate...SMH But whereas Ethan has a modicum of self-preservation where he would at least think twice about pushing Brian, Michael has none. It will be interesting to see how far he's willing to sink from this point on.
As for Lindsay, all will come out, and when she least expects it!

Hey Marilynne! Happy 4th to you and yours! I'm doing as well as can be expected and trying to extend my writing time a bit more each day.
Michael is one for whom the idea of self-preservation really doesn't register. One has to admire his tenacity, even if we are all looking forward to his downfall.
I have always loved to write a 'strong' Justin. I've never seen him as the weakest link in his and Brian's relationship, although many writers tend to write him that way. Sure, he might have some issues, but don't we all? So I try to write him in a way as close to 'human' as possible.

Yes I can see Lindsay pulling the strings and leaving Michael to get caught with his hand in the cookie jar and crumbs beside him, Thank Goodness she is such an amateur and Michael as usual needs to be lead by the nose.
Michael running to Jennifer proved to be a waste of everyone's time cause while he screeched, Justin was the model of decorum Jennifer taught him to be, by staying calm, cool and collective while tearing Michael down he showed that he is the adult and Michael is a child throwing a tantrum when he doesn't get his way again.
Brian and Justin should have money set aside for Jennifer cause Debra is coming to defend her baby and this time Jennifer may lose her Wasp Cool and beat her down lol
Won't take long for word to spread that Michael and Brian are over, Brian and Justin Taylor-Kinney are married, suing Michael for money he stole from Justin and Brian.
A quiet voice is louder than a shout :)
Jennifer is right that Michael and Debra being together under the same roof will force one or both to see the truth or continue the denial while blaming everyone else.
It will also force Debra to face her greatest fear which is not being Alone, but being Alone with Michael <shudders>
