Lance is innocent up to a point he made a choice that he knew would have dire consequences if Brian ever found out and still he followed Michael along in this stupid plan.
Michael might want to get nice and comfy cause with the charges piling up against him he ain't get out anytime soon.
Michael despises Justin but he hates Brian because he knows deep down inside in places where reality lies that Brian was never going to choose him.
Brian put Michael in the Friend Zone and he was never moving him out of it and Michael knew after fourteen years that friendship was all Brian was ever going to Offer him and he Hates It.
Plus he also resents that he will never be in the same league as Brian, Brian surpassed him at fourteen and kept rising above him every second, every minute, everyday of every year and he knew unless he kept Brian beholden to him that once Brian left he wouldn't look back.
Then along came Justin who at seventeen was more Brian's equal than Michael was at fourteen, he is beautiful, extremely smart, creative, generous, kind, thoughtful, considerate, talented, as dominate as Brian sexually, is admired and envied for being himself and not Brian's shadow or boytoy and more of a grown up than Michael will ever be.
Basically Michael did a pros and cons list between him and Justin only to realize that he lost the second Brian and Justin locked eyes on each other and Justin told him he was still trying to finish that hand job.
Michael was use to being in control and in one night he met Someone he couldn't Intimidate, Bully or Scare and That Really Pissed Him Off Even More.
The Next Few Chapter Are Going To Be Very Interesting ;)

Moving out of the left temporarily is good Brian and Justin need time to deal with Michael's continued duplicity and protect Gus and Mel along with themselves.
Speaking to the press first keeps the story honest and takes away the power Michael and his Cronies have to spin it.
Lance should have ignored Michael cause now he is going to lose it all.

Hey Phyllis. Oh, he's definitely in jail. We'll see what's happening with him, Deb and the rest next chapter. This chapter was mainly about the aftermath, and planning on how to move forward from Brian's POV (which of course will continue as well).

Michael should always remember this saying " When seeking revenge always remember to dig two graves.
Brian, Justin and Mel are going to shred his soul, burn the ashes and the earth so nothing can ever grow there again.
They were willing to be lenient but now the gloves are off and they are armed for battle, Michael crossed the wrong people this time.
And it looks like Craig will be joining Michael cause by talking and trying to bend Justin he just dug his own grave too.
Justin should re-write Rage give it to Josiah (Love That Name :)) and Brett and see if they can take it to a whole new level.
If Deb is really taking some self-realization then when Michael comes around she can't run to save him?
Michael seriously didn't care that they could lose Gus to child services he just want his Hero, Saviour, God back in his place catering to him 24/7.
Michael is about to learn what it truly means to fucked hard without lube and totally forgotten.
Josiah and Jared just got a crash course in what Brian and Justin have to deal with and they didn't run away, perhaps friends outside The Family is a good thing after all :)
Love how Brian and Justin are motivating everyone to reach for and beyond their potential to succeed.
