Had to interrupt my reading of BILG, in order to read this. It was overall a fairly humorous chapter, which isn't anything I would have associated with this story. So it was kind of fun... can hardly wait for the next one, as I assume it will be the first meeting with Lindsay? The only time I remember Mel walking in heals was the wedding of Lynette and she was pretty unsteady. I can't even imagine her on those heels. I can't imagine anybody walking on those for more than 2min. They seem as beautiful as hurtful. Poor toes...

I know you have so many Plot ideas for this story, and the intricate patterns they weave, then you come out and say, "Brian and Justin play a role in this... even if they are not aware of it." Wow- just - Wow! Is that the piece of puzzle Justin is missing? Trying to figure out how Mel, Brian, and Justin are going to get Lindsay to talk after their visit. Won't she be tight-lipped after their first conversation? Can her sessions be taped too? Waiting anxiously for another chapter and hopefully some new insight. LOVE THIS STORY!

Jennifer is scary when she is in Protective Mode and Joan would do well to remember that from now on <shivers>
Brian being all protective of Joan is interesting and shows that being friends could be a real possibility for both of them.
Daphne is a good influence on Jennifer and it goes to show what Deb had faced if she hadn't woken up, of course she could still slip so keep Vaseline handy lol
Justin handling Lindsay is good she always thought she was a better Wasp the Justin, but she never had Jennifer as a teacher or example to follow, she is about to learn how a True Wasp Gets Stuff Done :)
Ted is really coming into his confidence more and is more ready for the responsibility Brian and Justin are now requesting of him.

All this Wasp speak kind of confuses me.
Claire thought she was in control all this time but it was all Lindsay pulling the strings? Can't be because Claire has been a snivling bitch long before Brian left for college and met Lindsay.
I'm glad Joan showed up to help all the pieces fall into place. Jenn is as protective as her son when it comes to Brian. Good he needs that. Officer Pettigrew does not know what kind of family he's becoming involved. I liked that Brian asked about his intentions. A good son, a good friend would ask.
Ted finally feels that backbone stiffening. Bravo my man.

Your POV is somewhat true, but let's not forget that Claire's 'lover' had ties to Lindsay long before Brian met Justin. Cryptic much? Absolutely, but you would be amazed at just how much each of them, including Brian and Justin, play a role in this... even if they are not exactly aware of it yet. LOL

Good for you, Ted. You're a smart man, and one I dearly loved in the show. You showed the most growth in QAF, so it's befitting having you do the same here. Why is Brian still not wanting to have Gus around Joan? That remark must have been cutting to Joan. Lindsay... I can't believe she was involved with Stockwell, and what she was planning to do to Mel regarding the Gui situation. It's so great to see how you have taken all these situations from the show, and twisted them around, to make them your own story. So who is truly the mastermind behind all this? It sounded like Lindsay in the beginning, but with Claire blackmailing her... then maybe as it was pointed out, Lindsay planned returned blackmail. And let's be honest, Claire doesn't hold the WASP upbringing like Lindsay. What will happen to all of Claire's extortion money? Does that go into evidence? So, what piece of the puzzle has Justin not figured out yet? It's bound to be very interesting having Justin's and Lindsay's conversations. I, for one, can hardly wait. I check daily, a few times a day, to see if there is an update on this story... I love it that much. Even though your updates take place very frequently, I still look forward to each and every one of them, and don't want to possibly miss one. Thank you for writing this AWESOME story.
