Insightful views of Micheal & Lindsay given are much to point. I agreed (In show Brian said "He is conversely the best candidate for marriage" to Justin.) In same way possible Micheal & Lindsay are bad inside, have 2 faced nature. Both often manuplated Brian(& Justin) to their whims. Never managed their own life. Even Deb is not blameless. (She should let Micheal face hard truth of life.)

I love this story so much, even if I do not always leave comments! I am blown away by your writing and I look forward to every update. Brian's retrospective was very insightful and accurate Deb, Michael and Lindsay took to the point of trying to drain Brian's soul, while Joan and Jack tried to destroy all hurt Brian for their own selfish reasons.

Only Joan is trying to learn from her mistakes and find a better way to live her life and support her son.

Deb had potential to learn but she is a bit more stubborn and had to really want it never just keep saying she wants it.

Michael and Lindsay will never learn because they don't want to believe anything they are doing will have Brian turning away from them, they refuse to see that behind the mask Brian was just a scared lonely person who just wanted love without conditions.

As long as Brian continued to play his assigned role they could bask in his reputation and look down their noses in contempt, but the more Brian succeeded the further he moved away so they tried to strangle him with their version of love.

Only they don't want love they want power which they think means power and if the can control Brian and everyone else then they are happy.

Enter Justin who loved Brian flaws and all their strings pulling Brian in all these different directions started to snap which ticked them off so they used more underhanded tactics when Justin destroyed simply by showing up.

They all resent Brian for not letting his past dictate his future it isn't change they despise it is the list of control they can't stand.

Michael and Lindsay had something to do with Jason Kemp's death?

WTF?!?!?!?!?

Justin's adult coloring book sounds Amazing and quite useful for some people who need an easy way to relax without drugs, plus it sounds like fun while showing his detractors they were wrong.

Brian and Justin and their corporation is about to make everyone who doubted them eat not only crow but their words and profits lol

Kip is smart to stay away from Howard Bellwether and his friend of course he will be a genius will be talks about Jason Kemp.

I don't know how you do it but for each story your writing leaves me wanting more :)

Well, there's got to be something said for leaving in-depth reviews. With your last two chapters yielding almost 28k words, it would have been impossible to reread them. My reviews made it possible to remember everything. *pats myself on the back*

I admit I was a little leery what with your trigger warning, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Don't get me wrong, we ARE talking Lindsay, Michael, amd Lance here, so anything was possible. So imagine my surprise when you started out talking about Lance.  But we already were forewarned of Lindsay's ability to carry this out. Horrid as it was, did I expect anything different from her?  Lindsay is all about a means to justify the end. The baby was useless to her. so let's get rid of it. I looked back to see how Brian or Mel worded it regarding Gus. “Meal ticket? Automatic rent? Or is he your clothing allowance this month?   Other than that he’s your tool of extortion by virtue of an umbilical cord.  Pretty harsh coming out of Brian's mouth but so very true.  So since the baby provided her with none of those things, it was expendable.  Cause and effect? WAS it because of the meeting with Mel and B/J, or was it the downsizing she was handed in court by Sam? Or, combination of both? The fact Mel paid Sam's wife back the money, didn't sit well with Lindsay. (This also raises two questions I still have regarding Lindsay.) But, I will wait and see if they are answered. Anyways, I thought you wrote it with grace and aplomb. As far as Jennifer being able to chew and spit Lindsay out, Lindsay grossly miscalculated Jennifer early on in this story. but bottom line, she's lucky she didn't die from it, but there's a high possibility she won't ever carry a child again.

Christ, lady!  You just had to go and refer to Michael as Rader! What an awful thought! (which only brought another story to mind for me! UGH!) But actually kill?  I guess that old adage, "If I can't have him, ain't nobody gonna have him."

Ron and Nancy joining the comglomerate. Guess I have a couple of misgivings about it. Lindsay is STILL their daughter. When push comes to shove...

And just because Ron is innocent in regards to the bashing, are we sure him and Nancy are innocent in every other regard. I think I would lay low and watch and observe for a while. It was also nice to finally hear the details of WHY Charles helped financially with Lindsay's college tuition.

Thank you for yet another lengthy and plot moving chapter.

Fantastic Chapter!!!

I really like the way you explained Michael and Lindsay because it seems so accurate especially with Lindsay killing her baby because the innocent child was of no use to her anymore.

I hope she is charged with murder and that she can't have anymore babies, Cruel I know but she is too selfish and a child is just a pawn for her to use.

Surprised about Ron coming to work with Brian and Justin but it could be beneficial to everyone because I don't trust Nancy she fell for Lindsay's game and might fall for it again, forewarned is forearmed when it comes to Lindsay and her schemes.

Michael drugging Brian really is the only way Brian would ever stay with him so they need to find everything Michael has stashed in that house then sell it quickly, thank goodness the police are coming to recording everything proves how far Michael was truly willing to go to have Brian all to himself. (Also seems like something Lindsay would do too <shudders>)

Deb is finally seeing that her way if doing things isn't going to be allowed anymore she has to first respect herself before others show her an ounce before they give her foot.

Bullying and running roughshod over others so everyone can focus on you is not the way to hold onto family, she is making roads to growing up of course there will be more roadblocks but she needs to react without denigrating others to feel good.

Acting like Michael and Lindsay almost landed her in jail so perhaps embracing Debra Jane could be useful to her life.

Hunter is forging his own path thanks to everyone embracing him for being him and helping him become even more than he ever imagined before, plus he has a strong safety net who will guide him when he stumbles but look forward to watching him pick himself up when he falls.

Something Michael and Lindsay could never do because they keep expecting Brian to fix all their problems and take the blame when it falls apart.

Ben and Hunter have the family they need to help them both embrace Happiness instead of running from it, besides Ben had enough material fro m living with Michael to write a really good thriller,  character study or a comedy of errors bet it will be a best-seller lol

Hunter going after Michael and Lance shows how much he is and how he is no longer going to let Fear and What Ifs dictate his life the people who hurt and used him should cower in fear from him.

Sounds like this interview is going to set the  record straight  and show their enemies that Brian and Justin aren't afraid but they are ready for battle, cause while the The Witless Brigade are scrambling to hurt the Taylor-Kinneys they will be chillaxing in California while refortfying to deal with them later.

Michael wanted certain wallpaper would it be of him and Brian dressed as Captain Whatever and his Forgotten Sidekick.

Wow What A Chapter so much info that they can all use to save themselves from those who wish to destroy them.

Craig's tears are wasted cause he had many chances to change but he chose himself over his family and now his Pity Party is insulting and his regrets are Too Little Too Late, he chose to hate his son and now that hate will be his destruction.

Lindsay seeing the baby as a burden now really isn't that surprising she probably saw Gus the same way when Brian didn't demand they get married and raise him together, she really shouldn't have kids but I hope the baby is ok and is saved from her machinations, Lindsay can't stand that for all her smarts all her plans failed spectacularly because she isn't as clever as she thinks.

For years she used her opened legs to get her way and manipulate others only she ran into someone who had a taste of her talents and found them sorely lacking and that's why she wants to own and punish Brian, because he rejected her before she had the chance to reject him and that makes him the second man to see that Lindsay wasn't worthy of him, Brian and Charles proved that Lindsay wasn't as cultivated as she thought and that class is what you are born with not what you steal.

Harry is seeing that stepping away from a terrible situation is the best thing for him cause it will save his sanity and his ex partner is about to learn that paybacks sometimes comes in threes and they sting for years.
