Mel and Linds are getting along for a change. Justin has Brian so no worries.
Author's Response: No worries at all.

Kinnetik Isle and a Shakespear play. You do like to give us variety.
Author's Response: Of course! Lol
Date: Nov 24, 2017 2:35 am Title: Chapter 16
The good thing about these stories is you take us places that we will probably never get a chance to see.
Author's Response: Interesting that you say that. Glad you think so.

Porridge isn't my favorite, but if Bree likes it then it can't be bad.
Author's Response: Miss Bree knows best.

Henry Higgens had better watch his step or Justin's painting can be shown elsewhere. Bree and Patrick are getting an education in more then book learning. Brian's getting yet another branch and this one overseas, thanks to the cook.
Author's Response: You never know where the learning will come from.

Oh dear, Henry is back. And his father Charles could be the downfall of Lindsay's marriage. Brian's about to expand his interprises. Not many guests at the townhouse fit in so well I'm sure.
Author's Response: Henry and his father could throw a real monkey wrench into things.

They made it to London and one of my favorite characters has shown up. You guessed it Hudson. She'll take charge and keep everyone in line.
Author's Response: Exactly!

Game on. The plane awaits. London here they come.
Author's Response: Should be interesting.
Date: Nov 23, 2017 2:44 pm Title: Chapter 10
Time is moving fast. Brian talking Bree out of packing her closet? Justin wanting to have a quiet evening at home. Gus doing anything with Ray. Lots of good times.
Author's Response: The best, and always over too soon.

Another interesting and different Christmas. Now we have New Years to look forward to.
Author's Response: Hopefully less painful.

St. Dick! Reallly? So Bree got everyone to make a snow family with her. Bossy little one isn't she. I want to hear Deb's explanation about the nose being so low.
Author's Response: Bree is Miss Bossy. Yes, Deb’s explanation will be interesting.
Date: Nov 23, 2017 3:39 am Title: Chapter 7
The Christmas fairies are having it tough. But thanks to Bree the porch will look good.
Author's Response: Bree saves the day! Lol
Date: Nov 22, 2017 7:30 pm Title: Chapter 6
What a wonderful chapter. The Christmas spirit is upon us. I looked up figgy puddy and found out that it was a British verson of fruit cake. It's funny how Danny has a special connection first with Michael's mom and now with Brian's. I'm sure that the tree hunt is going to be interesting.
Author's Response: That tree hunt will be more than interesting. LOL And it is strange about Danny’s connections.

Times they are a changing. Brian's going to a concert with his mother.
Author's Response: Hard to believe, isn't it?

Boy that could have gone so many ways. It's good that Bree shares. Even better that Gus got to record the play. He's the hero of the day. I love these Holiday stories.
Author's Response: Thanks, they're always fun to write.

Gus gets to go to England. So Bree and Patrick have Gus and Lindsay going with them.
Author's Response: Should be an interesting trip.
Date: Nov 21, 2017 10:50 pm Title: Chapter 2
Wonder what Brian wants to talk to Gus about. I seem to remember a housekeeper that found Briana Victoria Kinney-Taylor very charming.
Author's Response: You have a good memory. LOL

This is one of my favorite chapters. Molly becomes part of Kinnetik and Taylor makes the school so fun. London is going to be interesting.
Author's Response: Thank you. Having Molly and Taylor at Kinnetik is going to be fun.

Did I dream or did Mel actually compliment Brian? Not directly to him, but it's a first big step.
Author's Response: That is a major change. Maybe she's beginning to realize.

It's nice to read that Mel and Jenny are spending quality time.
Brian at the gallery was funny: I could imagine him being a "live" piece of art for a few moments, had he the patience to do so. He certainly has the ego for that.
I found "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare" on YouTube. I'll try to watch it this week-end. Brian is almost never wrong, so it must be interesting, right?
Author's Response: Wow, that's quite an undertaking with the Shakespeare. Good luck.
Date: Oct 19, 2017 8:28 pm Title: Chapter 16
I love how Brian often kisses Justin's scar, as if he acknowledges that he almost lost him.
I so love Bree's quotes: she's raised by two men (four with John and Bobby), but without the usual misogynistic terms men could let out and she has ideas that she would have heard from Mel's mouth or Leda's if she spent some time with them.
“What about woman power?” Bree asked.
“I think women could make better stuff than a pile of rocks,” Bree declared.
Author's Response: You gotta love Bree - a modern woman.
Date: Oct 19, 2017 7:45 pm Title: Chapter 15
Whoa, some tension in the Kinney's household? At least, they have many life-affirming ways to release it.
Brian really did have a meeting; I hope Justin will come with a brilliant name. UK is not very Irish.
Author's Response: A little tension can sometimes be good.
Date: Oct 19, 2017 7:15 pm Title: Chapter 14
It's great to see the "world" thru Bree's eyes.
Brian, always modest, in jealous stud mode is always fun to read. Did he really have a meeting or did he suspect something about the gallery owner?
Author's Response: You may never know. LOL
Date: Oct 19, 2017 5:56 pm Title: Chapter 13
Bree is going to learn so much in England.
It's funny how the adults found "synonyms" for fuck and shit to avoid little ears to notice them. I think "sugar" is a new one.
I don't know if I'm mixing stories, but I remember one where Justin almost slipped with someone named Henry Higgins who was sort of stalking him in a museum.
I have a strange feeling with this new person.
Author's Response: You're right about Henry Higgins. Bree already knows too much. LOL
Date: Oct 18, 2017 7:34 pm Title: Chapter 12
Bree and her Daddy is almost as good as Bree and her Dada.
Author's Response: I'm glad you think so.
