I agree with you! Debbie was a tough decision for me because I have this love/hate thing going on for her. She's a great woman and supporter of the LGBT community but she can't deal with the truth about her son or herself. In the end we decided for her to pick Michael's side but I hope to write a story in which she won't be on his side.
It's one of the things I love about NCIS: the team is like a family and they look out for each other. Just like the QaF family.

It's great for Gus to live with his dad; Mel doesn't like Brian and it would have been painful for Gus to hear her comments. Brian doesn't like Mel either, but he won't put her down in front of her son.

Mel's still a big part in Gus' life and I think that she finally realized that Brian was never really a threat. Her jealousy was based on Lindsay's manipulations and how she behaved, not Brian. I think it was easier for her to put the blame on Brian instead of Lindsay.

Gibbs should have let Brian try to top him; they know and trust each other and I guess Brian knows what happened to Gibbs; that would have been logical to take that step.

We're thought about doing a sequel and some flashbacks for things that happened and Gibbs' history and the start of the 'comfort' thing between him and Brian would be a part of that. You're right, they do trust each other but then again, they were never in love with each other. Gibbs and Tony have a history (saving each other's lives) so that's why Gibbs ultimately waited until he was with Tony but once the sequels with flashbacks will be done, you'll get more insight :)

Thank you so much :) We haven't actually started writing it, but we're thinking about doing a sequel. I've been writing down some ideas and need to talk to my team and our beta about those but I think something will follow pretty quickly.

Can't wait to find out what payback Ellie, Abby, and Tim come up with. It's great that Brian and Gibbs have someone to bounce idea's off. Michael and Lindsay came off as harpies and it looks like they've lost the people who should have been important to them.

It won't be something too drastic. But it will make the lives of Lindsay and Michael more difficult. They'll learn that there will be consequences for their actions and decisions hehe.
I never got the dynamics of Lindsay/Mel and Michael/Ben. Two smart people being with two jealous, manipulative childs living in a fantasy they created. Never made sense to me.

You're right about Michael and Lindsay showing their true colors. None of the Gibb's gang likes them at all. Love that Emmett was the one to explain them. Deb is trying to be peace maker. Abbie likes everyone, but even she is finding it hard to see anything good about M & L. Maybe she should be the one to take them down? I know how I'd like to see the conversation Justin and Brian have go, so I'm excited to see what you do.

They're truly nasty little losers and no one from Team Gibbs likes those kind of people. Emmett's speach was amazing.
Usually it's Abby who's fighting for everyone's right but we picked Ellie to be Lindsay and Michael's biggest enemy. She will make sure they won't live too easy for a long time.

Gibbs shouldn't have threatened to throw those two asses out of his house, he should have just done it. Thank g-d Em was there to tell the truth which neither of the asses refuted. Maybe Ben and Mel's eyes will be opened now that the truth is out there.
Brian it seems doesn't understand how friends should act. They use him and he doesn't know better.
Tony's talk with Justin just may be the push needed to bring the two together. As long as Brian gives him some time to heal from his loss.

I agree but I love protective Gibbs and when he's threatening someone in order to protect the ones he loves then it's time to listen. We'll see if Lindsay and Michael will do that.
Emmett wouldn't lie, he's way too honest and truly cares about his family. Yes, Brian really needs to open his eyes. Lindsay and Michael may never used their fists on him but they still abused and manipulated him. But he will soon learn who his true friends are and I think having heard Gibbs defending him was a first push. Another push from Gibbs will come soon as well and that one will help Brian to stand up for himself and forget about all the doubts he has about himself.
