Finally: that was painful and Justin is lucky that Brian had mellowed since the Sap incident.
Brian is right, Callen could have some difficulties to explain how he met Justin; he could also remain quiet in the art world, but try to get more from Justin. The worse is maybe not behind yet.

Lindsay was very happy that Brian convinced Justin to go to New York. She is manipulative and has always been very two faced regarding their relationship. She tells Brian that he really should tell Justin how he feels but then encourages him to push Justin to go to New York and fulfill ( her dream) of being an artist.

Justin has had so much happen to him in his short life and every time he thinks he has got it figured out, something new comes along. He still doesn't want to lose face with Brian and have Brian tell him that he should have come to him for money. His pride is sometimes his own worst enemy.

Oh my heart is breaking for both of them yet again. And it's breaking for Jennifer, too. However, and although she has come a very long way since the bashing, I think she's beginning to understand just what Brian was going through with Justin back then.
I tried to do a little writing tonight, but I still keep coming back to this. Usually, I use other stories that I want to read as an incentive to get the current chapter (or series of chapters in the case of BILG) done before I allow myself to read. But the restraint I exude when I'm in my creative bubble is taking a hiatus right now...LOL Onto the next chapter!

I'm flattered by the compliment. When I reread my stories, I like them and that is the best part of writing long fics. Jennifer finally does realize that Brian was not just after a piece of 17 year old ass, but really cared for Justin. It has taken a long time for her to realize and accept that they are truly in love and a committed couple.

Yes, Fatherhood is nearing its end- actually it is finished and waiting for beta approval. I will be writing in some of my other universes- ( expanding some one shots into longer stories)- I never thought Fatherhood would be this long- it was supposed to be a 8-10 chapter fic- what do I know? lol. This is a pretty good series and Fatherhood is the latest story in it. I may continue the series- we shall see. I have other series- the Pain Management Series was my first series ( Starts with Falling off the Cliff) and if you have not read this series- I highly recommend it- They can be found here. I can't wait for you to update your stories - especially the series where they are on the island- sorry the name escapes me- but I love it.
